Calculator entries

Project details and quote amounts entered into QuoteVerity calculators are processed in your browser. The current version does not transmit those entries to a QuoteVerity account, project database, advertiser, or contractor. The page separately downloads a public model snapshot containing ZIP-to-state reference rows, regional wage factors, state energy averages, source dates, and product-summary statistics; your entries are not added to that request.

Optional local quote import

The private importer at local.quoteverity.com uses self-hosted PDF and PaddleOCR software to read a selected PDF or image in browser memory on your device. The document and raw OCR text are not uploaded to QuoteVerity, an AI provider, an OCR provider, an advertiser, a contractor, or a project database. The importer does not load AdSense or analytics. It automatically removes patterns that may be private, but you must first mask unnecessary names, phone numbers, email addresses, full street addresses, signatures, account numbers, and payment details and then verify every retained value against the original.

After you confirm the fields, only the confirmed quote total and non-personal scope details return to the calculator in memory. The original file and raw OCR working data are cleared from the importer. Closing or refreshing the pages clears the remaining in-memory session because QuoteVerity does not use localStorage, cookies, or a server database for quote details. Browser extensions, device backups, screenshots, and files you choose to download are outside QuoteVerity's control.

Downloaded reports

PDF reports are generated locally and intentionally omit the uploaded file, raw OCR, names, contact details, full street addresses, signatures, account numbers, and payment details. QuoteVerity does not keep a report copy. A downloaded PDF remains on your device or in any storage location you select until you delete it.

Technical data

Hosting and security providers may process standard request information such as IP address, browser type, requested page, approximate region, timestamps, and referral source to deliver and protect the site.

Optional analytics

QuoteVerity uses a separate Google Analytics 4 property, measurement ID G-1C39QS0Y54, to understand aggregate page use and improve the quote checkers. Google Analytics is not loaded unless you choose “Allow analytics.” If you decline, its script is not loaded. Your choice is stored in your browser and can be changed with the “Privacy choices” control.

When allowed, analytics may measure page views, browser and device category, approximate geography, referral source, navigation, scrolling, and general engagement. Google signals and advertising personalization are disabled. QuoteVerity does not send calculator selections, quote amounts, ZIP-code entries, uploaded files, raw OCR text, confirmed quote fields, generated reports, or contact-message contents to Google Analytics. The private importer at local.quoteverity.com and every /import/ page load no Google Analytics code.

Advertising and cookies

QuoteVerity may use Google AdSense or another clearly disclosed advertising provider. Advertising providers may use cookies or similar technologies subject to consent requirements and their own policies. Where required, a consent-management platform will provide choices before personalized advertising storage is used.

Contact messages

If you email us, we receive the information you choose to send. Do not include contractor account credentials, payment-card data, or other unnecessary sensitive information.

Your choices

You can decline optional analytics, reopen “Privacy choices” at any time, or clear the saved choice in your browser storage. Browser controls can also clear cookies or limit tracking. You may contact privacy@quoteverity.com with a privacy question.
