Every report is tied to a visible, versioned data snapshot.
QuoteVerity never presents a silent scrape or an AI guess as verified local data. This page shows whether the current official-source snapshot is available.
Checking the current validated snapshot…
Automatic publication rule
The refresh runs every Tuesday at 09:17 UTC without a manual approval step. Publication occurs only after source availability, field structure, units, ZIP/state/metro coverage, numeric bounds, and model invariants all pass. If validation fails, the previous validated snapshot remains public.
What updates automatically
- The BLS OEWS release page is checked weekly; full occupational-wage series are downloaded only when a new annual release appears.
- EIA residential electricity and natural-gas rates are checked weekly and normally change monthly.
- BEA state and metro Regional Price Parity archives, ENERGY STAR certified water-heater summaries, and the public ZIP reference are checked weekly.
- The deterministic source and validation pipeline is available in the public data repository.
What this does not prove
A current snapshot improves regional planning; it does not establish a binding local bid, property condition, permit requirement, product availability, rebate eligibility, contractor quality, or exact address-level jurisdiction.
